Mental Health Therapy Services
Here at Ebullard Counseling, I offer personalized, strength-based therapy for children, and adults across Connecticut. I provide virtual sessions that make care client-driven and easy to access. My approach is warm and practical: in therapy we focus on building your strengths, teaching actionable skills (emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, communication), and creating a treatment plan that fits your life and goals.
What makes my services special...
Two of my favorite compliments from clients capture how I work. One said I’m like ChatGPT — they give me information and I respond in clear, digestible pieces that actually change their day‑to‑day life.
Another client said I’m like a wizard for how I make sense of their mind and offer tools that finally work for them. My services are special because they’re created with you in mind: client‑driven and strengths‑based. We collaborate on goals and build on what’s already working.
Sessions focus on practical, actionable strategies you can use right away, and I offer virtual appointments for convenience and continuity.
With regular check‑ins and accountable goals, clients leave feeling fuller, richer, and more able to meet life’s challenges.

I work with...
Children and adults seeking compassionate, practical support will find a collaborative, strengths‑based approach here.
I work with people who are tired of feeling overwhelmed, want to feel truly understood in treatment and in their relationships, are searching for education and accountability, and who are ready to make an active change.
I also help those seeking skills‑focused therapy for stress, relationships, and life transitions, plus creatives, entrepreneurs, and visionaries balancing mental wellness with productivity.

Yes. I provide secure, HIPAA‑compliant telehealth sessions statewide, including Hartford, New Haven, Stamford, Bridgeport, Norwalk, and surrounding areas. I’m licensed in Connecticut (LPC).
I work with children (generally ages 8+) and adults. Because my practice is telehealth, sessions are most effective with children eight and older. I often include family sessions to partner with parents and provide practical tools for at‑home interventions.
I work with clients both with and without insurance. My cash rate is $100 per 45‑minute session, and I accept various insurance plans. Please reach out for current insurance details and options.
Standard sessions are 45 minutes. Frequency is tailored to your goals—weekly, biweekly, or as needed.
I support people with recognizing their emotions and learning how to apply coping skills to reduce impulsivity, anxious thoughts, improve communication, and the quality of their relationships. I also work with families to support them with parenting skills and guiding children with recognizing emotions to reduce challenging behaviors.
We’ll clarify your goals, discuss what’s working and what isn’t, and set a simple plan. You’ll leave with at least one actionable tool to try before the next session.
