Plus, our unique workshops and consulting services equip organizations to make a real difference where their mental wellness aligns perfectly with their goals.

Ebullard Counseling is a mental health practice offering therapy services that empower clients to recognize their strengths through a collaborative process. Established in 2022 and based in Waterbury, Connecticut, the practice provides a range of wellness services including workshop facilitation, consulting, and individual therapy—all aimed at improving emotional and mental health.

Through these diverse offerings, Ebullard Counseling addresses critical gaps in accessible, personalized mental health care and professional development. Many individuals and organizations face barriers to traditional support or lack specialized resources; this practice meets those unmet needs by delivering flexible, evidence-informed, and creative solutions that promote healing, resilience, and personal growth.

About Elizabeth "Liz" Bullard, LPC

Elizabeth Bullard, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor and ACEP Certified trainer in Connecticut, who helps children and adults build confidence and practical skills to live fuller, richer lives. She earned an M.S. from Post University and brings experience as a parent educator, intensive outpatient therapist in extended day treatment (EDT) for youth, and shelter case manager. Elizabeth uses trauma‑informed, client‑centered care grounded in CBT and evidence‑based programs—including Bounce Back, CBITS, Triple P, and Circle of Security—to address root concerns and promote lasting resilience.

In addition to individual and family therapy, Elizabeth partners with schools and organizations to design and facilitate workshops and provide consulting that equips teams with action‑based skills to better serve their communities. Her workshops focus on practical strategies for supporting children and families, classroom supports, and trauma‑sensitive practice for early childhood and education providers.

When not in session or hosting a workshop, Elizabeth and her corgi, Preston (who can sometimes be heard in session) are out on walks, reading a good book, or searching for the best snacks.
