With a background as a parent educator and a clinician teaching intensive outpatient youth emotion‑regulation skills, I feel at home providing workshops for education, daycare, and mental health providers. My strategies are practical and client‑driven, so teams can use skills immediately, navigate real‑world barriers, and better support the communities they serve.
